You can copy a form that you created and if you have a ticket event, use it as a Feedback, Signup or Addon form.

With the "Magic signup button"  you can embed a Signup form or a Signup / Ticket button for an event on your website.

If you want to add questions to a signup form that is already active, you can add the questions and send a reminder about it.
