Follow these steps to send SMS with a ticket link:
Click on `Messages` in the menu
Click on `Email & SMS`
Click on `Compose`
Click on `Send as SMS` under the Content tab
Click on `Add Ticket Link` to add the link to the ticket in the message. Each recipient will get a link to their own ticket.
Choose recipients under the Recipients tab and make your selection based on Status, Check in status, Ticket batch and / or Form answers.
As with Email credits, text messages cost SMS credits. SMS credits are counted separately from Email credits and are displayed in their own counter. To buy SMS-credits, go to Messages in the menu and click on `buy SMS credits`.
