How do I send out email invites via Confetti?

You can invite people via email one by one, or copy an entire address list into the "Group" invite form.

Note: To send email via Confetti, you need a Plus or Business account and Email credits.

To send email invites via Confetti, first make sure your invitation email is ready and that you have imported the recipients' email addresses.

Edit your Invite (invitation email)

To edit and make sure your email Invite is ready, follow these steps:

  1. Click on `Messages` in the menu

  2. Click on `Email`

  3. Click on `Invite`

  4. Fill in the information that should be included in your Invite email.

  5. It is a good idea to send a test email to yourself before sending it out to your recipients. You can send out a test email under Send test email to.

If you have an RSVP event and you want people to be able to decline your invite, and indicate that they are unable to attend, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your event

  2. Click on `Settings`

  3. Click on `Setup`

  4. Check the box `Allow guests to decline your invite when registering`, and people you invite will be able to decline your invitation.

Import email addresses and send Invite

Once your invitation email is ready, follow these steps to send it:

  1. Click on `Attendees` in the menu

  2. Click on `Invite/Import`

  3. In Invite / Import you can invite one person at the time by choosing `One by one` or an entire list in one go by choosing `Group`

  4. If choosing Group, Click on `Continue & Preview`

  5. When you click `Invite`, the invitation email will be sent to the imported email addresses.

Be sure to use a list with emails addresses that are up to date. You might get a spam warning if you send out emails to too many inaccurate addresses. Read more about what you can do to avoid spam warnings here.

You can invite contacts to your event via your Workspace page and specific categories.
