To send email invites via Confetti you need to make sure your invitation email is ready and import the email addresses to the recipients of the invitations. To send email via Confetti, you need a Plus or Business account and Email credits. You can not send your invites through us if you have the Free version.
Import email addresses and send Invite
When your invitation email is ready, and you want to send it out, follow these steps:
Click on `Attendees` in the menu
Click on `Invite / Import`
In Invite / Import you can invite one person at the time by choosing `One by one` or an entire list in one go by choosing `Group`. When choosing Group you get a box where you can copy-paste a list of names and addresses. Make sure to follow the instructions on top of the box and that the name is first and the email second in the list you copy from
If choosing Group, Click on `Continue & Preview`
The email adresses you import here will be sent the Invite email when you press `Invite`.
Be sure to use a list with emails addresses that are up to date. You might get a spam warning if you send out emails to too many inaccurate addresses.
The Confetti tool recognises duplicates in contact lists and filter them out, so that the invitation is not sent twice to the same person.
