Follow these steps to import attendees from one event to another:
Export the list of attendees from one of the two events (let's call it it "Event1")
Copy the information in the exported list
Go to the event you want to import the participant list to (let's call that "Event2")
If you import the addresses of a "ticket" event and want to keep the imported addresses separate, you need to create a new, free ticket batch in Event2.
If you import the addresses to an "RSVP" event, you can ignore the previous step.
NOTE: It is possible to import from "ticket" event to "RSVP" event and vice versa.
To import the list from Event1 to Event2, click on `Attendees` (in Event2)
Click on `Invite / Import`
Check the box `Skip invitation, just add to attendee list.`
Unheck the box `Send ticket email` ( or `Send welcome email`)
If you have created a new "ticket" batch you select it under Ticket batch in the drop down menu
Check the box `Group`
Click on `Advanced settings`
Check the box `Use custom ticket reference codes`
Paste the exported participants from "Event1" in the bottom field, one attendee per line. Every line should consist of first name, last name, e-mail and reference code, optionally followed by custom values, comma or tab separated.
Click on `Continue & Preview`
Click on `Add & Send`
Now the addresses from "Event1" are imported into "Event2" with its original reference codes.
