Follow the steps below:
Click on `Settings`
Click on `Setup`
Check the box `Guests can bring extras`
Set the Max. number of extra guests (e.g. 1)
Check the box `Require guest details`
A Guests section appears in the registration flow
The attendee sees the button +` Add guest (X remaining)`
Click on `+ Add guest` to add an extra person
For each guest, a form will appear where you fill in:
First name
Last name
Email
Phone number
Any additional questions
Each extra guest is registered with full details, making it easier to manage attendees and communicate with them directly if needed.
