What happens when I’ve reached max capacity on the guest list for my RSVP event?

People who sign up for your RSVP event after you’ve reached max number of attendees will automatically be put on a waiting list if activated

People who sign up for your RSVP event after you’ve reached max number of attendees will automatically be put on a waiting list if the Waitlist is activated for your event.

Activate or deactivate Waitlist

This is how you activate or deactivate the Waitlist:

  1. Click on `Settings`

  2. Click on `Setup`

  3. Scroll down and check or uncheck the `Waitlist` box

Waitlist when you increase max number of attendees

If you have a Free event (RSVP) with Waitlist activated and people signed upp to the waitlist, and then raise the max number of attendees to your event, people on the waitlist will automatically be added to the list of attendees to fill the spots. If you want to control who can come to the event you can, by checking both the `Waitlist` box and the box `Approve all attendees manually`.

Handle waitlist manually when raising max. number of attendees, by following these steps:

  1. Go to your event

  2. Click on `Settings`

  3. Click on `Setup`

  4. Check the box `Waitlist`

  5. Check the box `Approve all attendees manually` if you want to choose who will fill the extra spots on your event.

  6. Click on `Settings`

  7. Click on `Setup`

  8. Turn up the Max. number of attendees
