If you send an email to your attendees via Compose, for example a reminder before an event, you can let your attendees go directly to edit or update their information when clicking the "Your details" button, without having to press "Edit information" first.

To enable attendees to edit directly via "Your details" button in e-mail, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the event

  2. Click on `Messages`

  3. Click on `Email & SMS`

  4. Click on `Compose`

  5. Add the content to your email under Subject, Image and Message in the Content tab

  6. Check the box `Ticket button`

  7. Check the box `Edit ticket form` under Link to page

To send email via Compose, you need a Plus or Business account and Email credits.
