If your partners want to get the information that they have collected in a Scanning session during your event, you as organiser can export a list and send it to them.
To export a list of information collected in a Scanning session, follow these steps:
Go to the event
Click on `Attendees`
Click on `Export`
Check the box `Filter`
Check the box `Check in` under Filter based on
Check the box `Checked in` under Status
Choose the scanning session that you want to export under Scanning session in the drop down menu
Choose format of the file under File format by checking the box `Excel` or `CSV`
Click on `Start` to export a file with all the information that was collected in the chosen Scanning session that you can send to the partner that had the link to the session.
