Can I see if an email I sent was opened?

You can see who has opened your Invite, Welcome or other emails sent via Confetti and if someone has clicked on a link in the message.

To track all emails sent via Confetti you need to have a Single, Plus or Business account, and to send emails you need Email credits.

See opening status on Invite, Welcome, Waitlisted, Decline and Thank you

To see who has opened your standard Confetti emails; Invite, Welcome, Waitlisted, Decline and Thank you, and if someone has clicked on a link in the message, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your event

  2. Click on `Messages` in the menu

  3. Find and click on `Invite`, `Welcome`, `Waitlisted`, `Decline` or `Thank you` under Standard

  4. Click on `Sent emails`. Here you can also see if an email has been sent, been blocked or bounced.

See opening status on your emails (not including standard emails)

To see who has opened your emails created with "Compose" sent via Confetti, and if someone has clicked on a link in the message, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your event

  2. Click on `Messages` in the menu

  3. Find and click on the email you want to track under Sent

  4. See status on email under Recipients. Here you can also see if an email has been sent, been blocked or bounced.
