If you wish to refund a ticket, follow these steps:
Click on `Attendees`
Click on `List`
Select attendee by name.
Click on `Edit`
If you want to refund the individual ticket, click on `Refund`
If you instead want to pay back all tickets linked to a purchase, click on `Go to payment` and select `Refund payment`
When you click the Refund button, a refund request is sent.
When we approve the refund, a receipt email is sent to the buyer confirming the refund has been made.

NOTE: It is not possible to undo a refund after it has been made.
While the attendees of a cancelled event can get full refunds, the organizer of the event will still have to bear the costs of administrative fees that come with tickets sold through Confetti.
