How do I cancel my subscription?

Do you want to end your Plus subscription at the end of the period you have payed for and stop the auto-renewal?

Cancel your Plus subscription

If you want to cancel your Confetti subscription, follow these steps:

  1. Click on `Home`

  2. Click on `Blling` in the menu.

  3. Click on `Subscriptions`

    There you can see your account right now, and the payments you have made to us in the past

  4. Click on `Plus`

  5. Click on `Cancel auto-renewal`

  6. When you end the subscription, you will keep the Plus functions until the next payment date. Then the event is downgraded to Free.
