If you have a ticket event, you can use Addons to create options to a ticket. The Addon can refer to a thing, for example a t-shirt or a drink ticket or an extra event such as a workshop or a dinner.
You can also choose to make the Addon mandatory or limit the number of Addons you can make per ticket. It is possible to create Addons first and then the tickets. However, an Addon always needs to be connected to a ticket.
Create an Addon
To create an Addon, follow these steps:
Click on `Tickets`
Click on `Addons`
Click on `Create addon`
Name you Addon under Name
Add a description if you want, under Description
Enter the available number of Addons under Batch size
Enter the additional cost to be charged for the Addon under Price excluding VAT. It is possible to have Addons that are free.
If the Addon concerns, for example, a workshop that is only held on a certain date, you can set a date for when it should apply.
Specify the number of Addons you can choose per ticket. You can either write numbers directly in the number window or adjust by dragging the slider on the right.
Click on `Save` at the top
Select ticket batch for Addon
To connect the Addon to a ticket batch, follow these steps:
Click on `Tickets`
Click on `Tickets`
Select an existing ticket batch where you want to add the Addon (or create a new one by clicking `Create ticket batch`)
Find the options for Addons to the ticket batch on the right.
Click on `+ Add` to add one of the Addons you created
Select a batch of Addons by clicking on `Add`
The selected Addons are displayed under the Addons title. If you want to remove an Addon, click on the cross on the right. To change the display order of the Addons, drag the dots on the left up or down.

When you buy a ticket with Addons
The buyer will first get to choose the tickets they want to buy, then the Addons are shown in each, ticket in your chosen order.

The buyer can make individual additional choices for the various tickets.
Remove an Addon from an attendee
If you want to remove a chosen Addon from an attendee's ticket, follow these steps:
Click on `Attendees`
Click on `List`
Click on the name of the attendee
Scroll down to Addons
Click on the name of the Addon that you want to remove
Click on `Remove`
Click on `OK`
New Group
If you go back to the Addons section at the selected ticket batch, there is also the New group-option. Creating a group for Addons presents several possibilities:
Make Addons mandatory by checking the box `Required`
Restrict the options so that attendees only can choose one of several Addons by checking the box `Only allow selecting one addon in group`

Click on `+Add to group` to choose which extensions should be included in the group.
The extensions that are included are displayed together under the group title.

When you buy a ticket with Addons in a group
For the buyer, the Addons that belong to the group are displayed separately. If it is only possible to select one of the Addons, this is shown with a dot on the option button.
