If you organize and sell tickets to, for example, a recurring club, a course or another event that lasts for a long time, you can choose to make it a Continuous event.
With a Continuous event you can get the ticket payments continuously and do not have to wait until the last event has taken place.

Create a Continuous event

To create a Continuous event, you first need to have the function connected to your Workspace.

Contact Confetti Support if you want to enable the Continuous event function.

Once the function is activated, follow these steps to create a Continuous event:

  1. Go to your Workspace

  2. Click on `New event`

  3. Select `Continuous`

Instead of the start date, the event is displayed as Continuous on the Workspace overview.

Tickets for your Continuous event

Create tickets for your Continuous event as usual. In order to activate the function with ongoing payments, it is important to enter the start and end dates for each ticket batch. Enter the start and end dates for each ticket batch by following these steps:

  1. Click on `Tickets`

  2. Click on the name of your ticket batch

  3. Click on `Edit`

  4. Check the box `Set date`

  5. Select a start date in the drop down calendar under Start date

  6. Click on `+End date`

  7. Select an end date in the drop down calendar under End date
