It's possible to direct the ticket button in emails to attendees, so that it leads to the ticket information instead.

Redirect Ticket button in emails

If you want to send an email to your attendees that has signed up for your event and want to redirect the ticket button so that the participants go directly to their ticket information, follow these steps:

  1. Click on `Messages` in the menu

  2. Click on `Email & SMS`

  3. Click on `Compose`

  4. Click on `Ticket button`

  5. Click on `Ticket` if you want the button to lead to the ticket

  6. Click on `Edit ticket form` if you want the button to lead directly to the information that the attendee filled in when signing up for the event.

You can adjust what the Ticket button in the email will say under Ticket button text.
