This is how to integrate Jobylon with Confetti

It is now possible to integrate the recruitment tool Jobylon to the workspace and events. This feature allows the organiser to send information about attendees who visited an event to their Jobylon page to facilitate recruitment work.

Integrate Jobylon with Confetti

Follow these steps to integrate Jobylon with Confetti:

  1. Go to your `Workspace`

  2. Click on `Settings`

  3. Click on `Integrations`

  4. Click on `Jobylon`

    You need to add Jobylon to your workspace, but it is also possible to make additional settings for events.

  5. Fill in the App ID, API Key and Feed hash received from Jobylon. All three must be filled in.

  6. Save the settings

  7. Jobylon should be displayed under "active integrations".

Send information directly to Jobylon

Once Jobylon is integrated in the workspace it is possible to send information of an attendee to an event directly to Jobylon. Send information of an attendee to Jobylon by following these steps:

  1. Go to your workspace

  2. Click on the event

  3. Click on `Attendees`

  4. Click on `List`

  5. Click on the name of the attendee

  6. Click on `Edit`

  7. Click on `Integrations`

  8. Click on `Jobylon`

    By clicking on Jobylon it is possible to send the attendee information directly to Jobylon. A list of the available jobs will then appear.
    ​

  9. Click on `Send to Jobylon`
    ​

This gives the attendee the opportunity to apply for available jobs at Jobylon.

Make a comment about the attendee

If the organiser has made a comment about the attendee in Confetti, this information will be displayed about the attendee on your Jobylon account. to make a comment about an attendee, follow these steps:

  1. Click on `Attendees`

  2. Click on `List`

  3. Click on the name of the attendee

  4. Click on `Edit`

  5. Click on `Comments`

The source of the workspace is the workspace's address at Confetti. For example, tutorialexample.confetti.events.


Send everyone with status "attending" to Jobylon

It is possible to automatically send everyone with status "attending" to Jobylon. This applies to everyone who registers from the time the button is activated. To send everyone with status "attending" to Jobylon, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Workspace

  2. Click on `Settings`

  3. Click on `Integrations`

  4. Click on `Jobylon`

  5. Click on `Select available job`

  6. Click on `Create`
