It is possible for up to four people to have access to present in the livestream simultaneously. Follow this guide to allow multiple presenters in your live stream:

Check the box `Enable "request to join"`

1. Click on `Livestream`
2. Click on the name of the live stream
3. Click on the gear icon
4. Check the box `Enable "request to join"`

During your Livestream event, this is the process for participants to apply to present and for you to approve or deny the request:

A person in your livestream can apply to speak by clicking on the hand symbol in the menu bar at the bottom of the frame.

On your screen, this application appears at the bottom of the chat as Presenters and a green number indicating how many have applied.

When you click on `Presenters`, you will get a list of all the people who will present. New applications are displayed with a green Wants to present sign.

Once you have clicked on their name, you can choose to approve their request by clicking `Give access to join`, or deny the person by clicking on `Remove`.

It is also possible to send a speaker link to the person to connect to the livestream, via Stream link. Then you can share a link that automatically gives access to present during the livestream.

 Share speaker link
 It is also possible to send a speaker link to the person to connect to the livestream, via Stream link. Then you can share a link that automatically gives access to present during the livestream.

When you have approved access, the Prepare to join button appears on the participant's screen.

When the participant clicks on `Prepare to join`, you will get a last window where you can choose to let the participant into the call or deny availability.

To exclude a participant from the livestream, click `Remove access` under the participant's name in the menu on the right.

The participant is then removed and can no longer watch or participate in the livestream.

Control presenters access via their ticket

If you want to control which participants can participate and present in the call, you can set this in advance on their ticket by following these steps:

Click on the name of the participant that needs access to present

Click on `Give access to join`

1. Go to your event
2. Click on `Attendees`
3. Click on `List`
4. Click on the name of the participant that needs access to present
5. Click on `Edit`
6. Click on `Livestreams`
7. Click on `Give access to join`

Arrange a livestream that contains several different presenters! Now you can easily let new presenters into the stream.
