To change from a RSVP-event to a ticket event, follow these steps:

  1. Click on `Settings`

  2. Click on `Setup`

  3. If there are already people registered for your "Free" event, you need to remove them from the event to activate the buttons.

Export a list of attendees before removal

To automatically export a list of attendees you need to have a plus or business account. An export of attendees to the free event facilitates for example if you plan on putting them back on the list of the ticket event and make their tickets free.

To export a list of attendees, follow these steps:

  1. Click on `Attendees` in the menu

  2. Click on `Export`

  3. Check the box `Attendees`

  4. Click on `Start`

Delete attendees

To delete attendees, follow these steps:

  1. Click on `Attendees`

  2. Click on `List`

  3. Click on the name of the attendee

  4. Click on `Edit`

  5. Click on `Delete ticket`

  6. Click on `Save`

When all participants have been removed, the buttons are activated, and you can change from a Free event (RSVP-event) to a ticket event.

When you have turned the event into a "ticket" event, you can create ticket batches.

Import attendees with free tickets

To import attendees and let them have free tickets, for example people that already signed up for a former RSVP-event that is now a ticket event, follow these steps:

  1. Create a ticket batch and set the cost of the tickets to zero.

  2. Click on `Attendees` in the menu

  3. Fill in the attendee information manually by clicking on `Add new`

    or

Import the attendee information from a list by clicking on `Invite/import` and

  4. Choose the free ticket batch in the drop down menu under Ticket Batch.
