To send emails based on what your attendees have answered in a form, follow these steps: 

Click on `Send based on form answers`

1. Click on `Messages`
2. Click on `Email &amp; SMS`
3. Click on `Compose`
4. Click on `Recipients`
5. Click on `Send based on form answers`

It's possible to send emails to attendees based on these types of form answers:

- Checkbox 
- Multiple choice 
- Drop-down list
