Why it is possible to buy tickets even though you've set a ”Last date for updating registration”.

"Last date for updating registration" refers to how long a guest can make changes to their registration. It is not the last date the tickets are available for purchase.

Schedule a ticket batch so that it closes

To schedule a ticket batch so that it closes, and is not available for purchase, follow these steps:

  1. Click on `Tickets`

  2. Click on the specific ticket batch

  3. Click on `Edit`

  4. Check the box `Set a release & close date`

  5. Set an end date for the ticket batch by clicking on the `+ End date`-button

  6. Choose an end date in the calendar under Close time

You can also choose the "hide batch" option to make the tickets disappear and therefore not be available for purchase. Follow these steps to hide a ticket batch:

  1. Click on `Tickets`

  2. Click on the specific ticket batch

  3. Click on `Edit`

  4. Check the box `Hide this batch and make it unavailable for everyone`

You need to make these changes manually for all the different batches.
