How do I remove someone from the "Attendees" list?

Remove attendee from list to Ticket event

Remove someone from the list of attendees to a Ticket event by following these steps:

  1. Click onย `Attendees`

  2. Click on `List`

  3. Choose the person who is not coming to your event by clicking on their name

  4. Click on `Edit`

  5. Click on `Delete ticket`

The person you remove from the attendee list will be sent the Decline email unless you uncheck the "Send decline email" box.

In your list of attendees, a removed person will be marked as "Unkown" and their information including purchase information is deleted - the removed person will no longer hold a ticket for the event.

Remove attendee from list to Free event (RSVP)

Remove someone from the list of attendees to a Free event (RSVP), by following these steps:

  1. Click on `Attendees`

  2. Click on `List`

  3. Choose the person who is not coming to your event by clicking on their name

  4. Click on `Edit`

  5. Click on `Not going` under Status

The person you remove from the attendee list will be sent the Decline email unless you uncheck the "Send decline email" box.

In your list of attendees, this person will be marked as "Declined"

Decline email settings

To make settings to the Decline email, follow these steps:

  1. Click on `Messages`

  2. Click on `Email & SMS`

  3. Click on `Decline`

  4. Check or uncheck the "Send decline email"

  5. Edit the Decline email if needed
