We have massive traffic on our site which makes it crash. What can we do to prevent it from happening?

If a message saying the servers are at full capacity appears, let us know, usually we can do something about it. 

We can bump up the server capacity if we get a heads up beforehand when the traffic to the event site is expected to be high.
