When you create tickets, you create them in what are called batches. This allows you to have tickets with different prices and release dates.
If you link batches together, they are grouped under the “main batch” in the list. You can find them by clicking the small arrow called “View linked batches”.
Note: To create ticket batches, you first need to fill in the fields under Financial. This is so that we can pay out your ticket revenue. You need to do this even if the event is free. In that case, you can enter any information as long as the fields are not left empty.
Fill in the fields under “Financial”
To start creating ticket batches:
Click `Settings`.
Click `Financial`.
