Create Name badges

Generate name badges in printable format by following these steps:

Click on `Attendees` in the menu

Click on `Name badges`

Fill in the information that you want to show on the name badges and format details under the tab Name badges

Click on `Save`

Click on `Generate` to get a printable document

Check-in app printer

You can connect the Confetti Check-in app to an external label printer. The Confetti Check-in app is adapted for printers that support AirPrint. If you have an external label printer compatible with the Check-in app here is a guide on how to use it:

This guide is for iOS (iPhone eller iPad) only.

To connect your label printer to the Confetti Check-in app, follow these steps:

  1. Turn on the router

  2. Turn on the printer (hold the ON-button)

  3. Connect towards the router called cc under the WiFi-settings on the cellphones that you are using to check people in.

  4. Open the Confetti Check-in app in version 1.0.16 or later. If you have an earlier version, pleas upgrade it in App Store.

Check in settings

Go to the settings in the app by following these steps (in the app):

  1. Go to the event

  2. Click on Scan

  3. Click on the Settings icon in the top right corner

In the settings you have different options:

  • Auto check in: When you choose Auto check in the attendee will automatically get checked in when you scan the QR code.

  • Print on check in: If you choose to activate Print on check in the Name badge will automatically get printed when an attendee is checked in.

Generate name badges for the Check-in app label printer by following these steps (this is done in the Confetti tool):

  1. Click on `Attendees` in the menu

  2. Click on `Name badges`

  3. Fill in the information that you want to show on the name badges and format details under the tab Check-in app printer

  4. Click on `Save`

To print Name badges for your attendees that has checked in, with a label printer connected to the app, follow these steps (in the app):

  1. Scan the QR code or open the attendee manually in the list of attendees

  2. Check in the attendee

  3. Click on Print label.

  4. If you have not yet chosen a printer you will get to choose one now by clicking on the printer
    ​
