If you have created a Free event with a guest list and want participants to be able to bring additional guests:

Check the `Guests can bring extras` box

Select the maximum number of additional guests each participant can bring

Check the `Require guest details` box. ​

1. Click `Settings`
2. Click `Setup`
3. Check the `Guests can bring extras` box
4. Select the maximum number of additional guests each participant can bring
5. Check the `Require guest details` box. ​

When a participant indicates during booking that they want to bring additional guests, the form questions will appear for each accompanying guest. 

This allows you to collect the information you need for everyone attending.
