The status question, where invited guests can indicate whether they will attend or not, is only available for Free/RSVP events.
If you don't want this question to appear in the registration form, you can disable the option for guests to decline the invitation.
How to do it
Open your event.
Go to `Settings` → `Setup`
Scroll down to `Allow guests to decline your invite when registering`
Uncheck the option.
Click `Save`
The status question will now be removed from the default registration form.
Note: When you disable this setting, invited guests will no longer be able to decline the invitation during registration. As a result, you will also no longer receive information about which guests have actively declined the invitation.
