The attendee app is your companion throughout the event, helping you keep track of when, where, and how everything is happening.

Create a personalized schedule, participate in discussions and polls, ask questions to speakers, and build valuable connections with other attendees.

Clock icon: In the top-left corner, you'll find the clock icon. Tap it to view notifications from the event.

Profile picture: Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner to access your QR code. This QR code is linked to your ticket and will be scanned at the entrance to check you in when you arrive at the event. It can also be scanned to collect leads.

The Home page brings together communication, updates, and activity from the event.

​All: A shared feed for all event attendees where you can create posts, share images, like content, participate in discussions, comment on posts, and take part in polls.

​Organizer: Contains information and messages from the event organizer. Organizers can publish important updates, attendee announcements, practical information, and event-related news to keep participants informed before, during, and after the event.

​Messages: Functions as a chat app and serves as your personal inbox during the event. Here, you can start private conversations, send messages to individual attendees, and follow ongoing discussions.

It's an easy way to communicate directly with other attendees and build new connections throughout the event.

​List: Displays all sessions in a list format.

Each session includes a description, associated speaker, time, duration, and location.

Tap a session to view more details about it and/or the speaker.

Tap the heart icon on the right to mark a session as a favorite so you don't miss it.

​Calendar: Displays the event schedule in calendar format.

You'll see the same sessions organized hour by hour.

This view allows you to see session durations and get a clear overview of when sessions start and end in relation to one another. You can also view your favorited sessions and tap them for more detailed information.

​Favorites: All sessions you've marked as favorites are collected here.

You can favorite a session by tapping the heart icon in the List view or directly within a session by tapping the heart icon in the top-right corner. When the heart is filled, the session is saved to your personal schedule.

Here you'll find the attendees participating in the event.

All:

Displays all attendees who are visible within the event. Tap an attendee to view their personal event profile.

You can mark an attendee by tapping the star icon next to their name. Starred attendees will then appear under the Starred tab.

​Starred:

Displays attendees you've marked with a star so you can easily find them later.

This can be useful for people you've met during the event, people you'd like to contact later, or individuals you plan to follow up with after the event.

​Connections: Shows your event connections.

You can create connections by connecting with other attendees during the event.

Here you'll find additional information, settings, and event resources.

​Event Website:

Opens the event website.

​Push Notifications:

Enable or disable push notifications from the app.

​Language:

Choose which language the app should use.

Available options:

If you select System Default, the app will follow your device's language settings.

​Terms & Conditions:

Displays the terms and conditions for using the app. These include Confetti's Terms of Use, General Terms, Privacy Policy, and any Additional Terms added by the event organizer.

This section provides an overview of the rules and guidelines that apply to both the app and the specific event.

​View Events:

Displays all events associated with your account in the attendee app.

​Blocked Attendees:

Shows attendees you have blocked.

​Login as Organizer: If you have organizer permissions, you can log in as an organizer and access additional features.

Tap your profile picture in the top-right corner to open your profile. Here you'll find your ticket information, including your ticket type, name, email address, reference code, and QR code.
