Send a complementary email with the ticket

In additon to the ordinary Ticket email it's possible to send a complementary email.

When creating a Ticket event that includes different types of tickets you have the option to create and send additional emails depending on the selected tickets.

Follow these steps to create a complementary email template:

  1. Click `Messages`

  2. Click `Email`

  3. Click `Create custom`

  4. Create the email under `Content`

  5. Click `Recipients`

  6. Under Use for, select `Ticket`

  7. Under Sending behavior, choose whether the email should be sent instead of or in addition to the regular ticket email

  8. Under Send message to β†’ Ticket batches, select one or more ticket batches the email should be linked to

  9. Click `Save template`.

The email is now saved and will appear alongside other email templates marked with an Ticket marker.
