When creating a Ticket event that includes different types of tickets you have the option to create and send additional emails depending on the selected tickets.
Follow these steps to create a complementary email template:
Click `Messages`
Click `Email`
Click `Create custom`
Create the email under `Content`
Click `Recipients`
Under Use for, select `Ticket`
Under Sending behavior, choose whether the email should be sent instead of or in addition to the regular ticket email
Under Send message to β Ticket batches, select one or more ticket batches the email should be linked to
Click `Save template`.
The email is now saved and will appear alongside other email templates marked with an Ticket marker.
