Send email from your own address (add-on for Business accounts)

Would you like to have your own email address as the sender when sending emails?

The ability to send email from your own address is an add-on feature available for Business accounts.

If you have a Business account, follow these steps to enable the feature:

  1. Express interest:
    Contact one of our account managers or email support@confetti.events if you would like to activate this feature.
    ​

  2. Domain information:
    Once the add-on has been ordered, inform support or your account manager which domain you want to use.
    ​

  3. DNS settings:
    Go to https://helpers.rule.se/dns/advanced/ and follow the instructions to configure DNS for your domain.
    ​

  4. Activation:
    Once all checks on the page are green, contact support or your account manager again to activate the service.
