Send email from your own address (add-on for Business accounts)

Would you like to have your own email address as the sender when sending emails?

The ability to send email from your own address is an add-on feature available for Business accounts.

If you have a Business account, follow these steps to enable the feature:

  1. Express interest:
    Contact one of our account managers or email support@confetti.events if you would like to activate this feature.
    ​

  2. DNS settings:
    You need to configure DNS records for SPF, DKIM, and DMARC on your domain to ensure that your emails are properly authenticated and do not end up in spam or get blocked.
    ​
    Make sure to include and use your domain (such as: rm.xxx.com) in your DNS configuration according to the requirements.
    ​

  3. Activation:
    Once all settings are correctly configured, contact support or your account manager again to activate the service.
