Email Account Verification

To protect your account from unauthorized access, we have enabled email verification for all our users.

When you log in, you must verify your email address with a code sent to your email. This extra security step reduces the risk of someone else gaining access to your account, even if they know your password.

Account Ownership Transfer

If you have access to the registered email address:

You can transfer ownership in two ways:

  1. Create a new account on Confetti (if you don’t already have one).

  2. Contact our support team by emailing support@confetti.events from the registered email address, and specify which account you want to transfer ownership to.

If you do not have access to the registered email address:


Ask the current owner to contact us from the registered email address.

If that’s not possible (e.g., due to sick leave, parental leave, or if the person has left the company), the following options are available:

  • Ask the current owner to set up an auto-reply with a new contact person.

  • Ask your IT department to:

    • Temporarily activate the registered email address to receive the verification code, or

    • Create an email alias that forwards to another address in order to receive the verification code.

  • Contact support@confetti.events to initiate an ownership transfer with the help of an authorized signatory for your company.

Important!

We cannot complete an ownership transfer without approval from the registered owner or an authorized signatory for the company.
