Close Registration for Additional Sign-Ups

Would you like to close registration for new attendees?

If you don’t want to receive more sign-ups, you can do the following:

Free/RSVP Event

  1. Click `Settings`

  2. Click `Setup`

  3. Uncheck `Let the registration be open until event ends`

  4. Under Close date, enter the date when the registration should close

  5. Click `Save`.

Ticket Event

  1. Click `Tickets`

  2. Select `Tickets`

  3. Choose the desired ticket batch

  4. Click `Edit`

  5. Check `Set release and close date`

  6. Click `+End date`

  7. Enter the date when the registration should close

  8. Click `Save`.

Note:

If the registration is active and you want to close it immediately, follow the steps above and enter a past date.
