The function to create only a form to send out via Confetti does not exist, but there is an alternative solution.

Create a form to send out via Confetti

If you want to send out only a form via Confetti email without creating an entire event, follow these steps:

  1. Click on `New event`

  2. Click on `Free event`

  3. Click on `Minimal`, which is just a form

  4. Click on `Pages`in the menu

  5. Edit your form by clicking on `Forms`

  6. Click under `Signup Form`

  7. Add the questions that should be included in your form

  8. Deactivate the Welcome email by clicking on `Messages` in the menu

  9. Click on `Welcome`

  10. Uncheck the box `Send welcome email`

  11. Change texts in popups and buttons to fit your purpose.

When people respond to the form, it is the same process as when they sign up to an event.

To see the answers to the form:

  1. Click on `Attendees` in the menu

  2. Click on `List`.

To export the list of answers:

  1. Click on `Attendees`

  2. Click on `Export`.

To send reminders:

  1. Click on `Messages`

  2. Click on `Compose`

  3. Click on `Recipients`

  4. Check the box `Invited`.
