When you export, you can filter based on different values.

To export lists you need to have a Plus or Business account.

To filter your exports based on different values, follow these steps:

  1. Click on `Attendees` in the menu

  2. Click on `Export`

  3. Check the box `Filter`

Explanation of different filter values

Status: Based on the participant's status

  • "Invited" - Received invitation but did not respond

  • "Attending" - Has registered as a participant

  • "Not going / Declined" - Has declined the invitation

  • "Waitlisted" - Is on the waiting list

Check in: Refers to people who have been checked in, either via the "check in" app or on the event's admin page. You can export a list of attendees that are checked in, or a list of those that are not.

Ticket batch: Based on the different ticket batches created. Valid only at "ticket" events.

Scanning session: You can choose to only export attendees who are checked in on a specific scanning session.

Filter on form answers: Check the box if you want answers to the signup form included in your export.
