Link attendees to an events "Categories"

If an event has Categories, the attendee will automatically be connected to that category.

We have updated the โ€Categoriesโ€ function.
โ€‹
Up until now, you have been able to use categories when showing the event in the Workspace or use categories when embedding events on an external site.

Contacts and Categories

This is how your Categories can be used to keep track of all attendees in your Contacts:

  • Contacts with Tickets attending an event, will get all that event's "Categories" automatically.
    โ€‹

  • The contact that is created when someone attend an event, will get the same "Categories" as the event.
    โ€‹

  • If you add a new category to an event, that category will also be added to the contacts of all attending tickets.
    โ€‹

  • If you remove a category from an event, it will not be removed from the contacts.
