How can I distinguish between attendees attending physically and via livestream?

Are you organising an event where people can participate either physically or via livestream and want a way to distinguish between the two?

If you are going to have both physical participants, where the places may be limited, and people who participate via livestream, we recommend that you create two separate ticket batches:

  • For persons who participate physically, you set the number of tickets based on the limitations of the venue, or other regulations.

  • For the batch that refers to livestream participants, it is possible to have 2000 participants without problems if you use Confetti Livestream. If you anticipate more participants than that, we ask you to contact our support.

If you choose to stream livestream via an external service, there are no restrictions on the number of participants from our side.
