To connect Zapier to your Confetti page, follow these steps:

  1. To join Zapier, first select the Workspace page you want to join.

  2. Click on `Settings`

  3. Click on `Webhooks`

  4. Cllick on `Create API key`

  5. Select a name in the Key name field. The name is used to find the API key quickly and can be anything.

  6. When you create the key, you get a code. This code is important to save, as it will only appear once.

  7. Once you have created the key, go to Zapier and click on `Make a zap`

  8. In the Choose and find app field, search for the Confetti app

  9. Select a Trigger in the field Choose trigger event. The Triggers you can choose are:

    a. Ticket - attending, triggers when someone attends your event

    b. Ticket - declined, triggers when a ticket/rsvp is declined

    c. Ticket - invited, triggers when someone is invited to one of your events

    d. Ticket - waitlist, triggers when someone is waitlisted to one of your events

    e. Ticket - updated, triggers when any information at a ticket/rsvp is updated

    f. Ticket - deleted, triggers when a ticket/rsvp is deleted

    g. Ticket - deletion-requested, triggers when someone requests to get their data deleted from a specific event

    h. Payment -payed, triggers when a ticket payment is made

    i. Payment -refunded, triggers when a ticket refund is made

    j. Event - updated, triggers when any of your events are updated

    k. Event - created, triggers when you create a new event

  10. The next step is to connect your Confetti account using the API key you previously saved via Choose account

  11. Click on `+ Add a new account`

  12. Paste the API key in the field that appears

  13. When the API key is connected, Click on `Continue` then follow the instructions that Zapier gives you.
