How do I get contact information on extras (+1)?

Have you created an RSVP event and selected "guests can bring extras" and want information about the extras?

Let you attendees bring an extra (+1)

This is only possible with a Free event ( RSVP -event). To enable for attendees to bring a +1 person (or more), follow these steps:

  1. Click on `Settings`

  2. Click on `Setup`

  3. Check the box `Guests can bring extras`

  4. Choose the maximum number of extra guests

Collect contact information from the extra attendee (+1)

To collect name and/or contact information for extra, +1, guests, follow these steps:

  1. Click on `Pages`

  2. Click on `Forms`

  3. Click on the name of the signup form

  4. Click on `Add field`

  5. Click on `Short answer` under Type, in the drop down menu

  6. Under Title, write for example "Name (+1)" to collect the name of the extra attendee

  7. To collect email adresses, repeat step 1-5 and write for example "E-mail (+1)" under Title

Here's how it will look when your guests sign up. 

You can export a list and check the box `Filter on form answers` to get these answers to the signup form included, if you have a Plus or Business account.
