Teammate Role

You can add multiple colleagues as Teammates to both the Event and Workspace pages and define their Role.

If you have a Business account, you can add multiple users as Teammates to both the Event and Workspace pages. You can define your fellow user or colleague's function or task (Role) under `Role`. In this article you can read about which Roles your Teammates can have, and what access each category of Teammates has to the tool.

To add or edit Teammates go to:

  1. `Settings`

  2. `Teammates`

  3. When you add a colleague as a Teammate, you are given the option to define your Teammate's Role under `Role`.

Event Roles

Owner

  • View and edit event site information

  • Add ticket batches

  • Export attendees

  • Edit financial information

  • Edit subscription

  • Cancel subscription

  • Add email credits

  • Delete events

Admin

  • View and edit event site information

  • Add ticket batches

  • Export attendees

  • Edit financial information

  • Delete events

Planner

  • View and edit event site information

  • Add ticket batches

  • Export attendees

Analyst

  • View all information about the event

  • View all attendees, edit their info and checkin

  • View all ticket batches

Checkin

  • View all attendees, edit their info and checkin

  • View all ticket batches

Viewer

  • See that event exist but nothing more

Workspace Roles

Owner

  • Edit subscription

Admin

  • Edit organisation site

  • Edit financial information

  • Export contacts

Planner

  • Edit organisation site

  • View financial information

Analyst

  • See organisation site information

  • View financial information

Checkin

  • See all contacts

Viewer

  • See that organisation exists but nothing more

Additional settings for Workspace Teammates

For each Workspace Teammate you have the option: Give automatic access to all existing and future events in workspace.
